welcome to st paul's drighlington
With a prime site on Whitehall Road, close to Drighlington crossroads, St Pauls has been the parish church for the village for close to 150 years.
The building was lovingly and tastefully re-ordered in 2012, and now blends the best of the old and new to create a stunning space.
We are working to build up St Pauls as a warm, welcoming church family - open, inclusive and friendly. We are seeking to follow Jesus and learn more about him. Why not come and see for yourself?
St Paul's offers traditional Anglican worship with a robed choir and music from the pipe organ. The style of worship is modern catholic, yet never feels stuffy or old-fashioned.
The staple diet for our worship is the Holy Communion service, with lively bible-based teaching and activities for the children.
On the first Sunday of the month we have Sung Evensong, one of very few churches in Leeds that still offer this form of worship.
Then on the second Sunday of the month, Families@4 brings crafts, music, stories and food for children and their parents. Why not give it a try?

OUR LIFE TOGETHER
The church family at St Pauls numbers around 60 people - and includes people from across the age span. Most of our members live in the village of Drighlington, with a few who come from nearby areas.
We are rightly proud of our choir at St Pauls, and welcome new members. Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings, do contact us if you would like to know more.
A newer feature of our life together is 'Pie Friday' - on the first Friday of each month. Call in to sample a wide selection of pies, served with mash and peas! Everything is on 'pay as you feel' basis, and we start dishing up at noon!
OUR WELCOME TO YOU
You are very warmly invited to dip your toe into the waters of St Pauls. But please take us as you find us - we aren't perfect!
Call in whenever the church is open! We are here every Sunday and there is plenty going on through the week. Explore our site or connect with us on Facebook to find out more about what goes on here at St Pauls, and how you can get involved.
You can also contact us about baptisms, weddings and other life events, as well as hire rooms within the church.
Give us a shout if we can help in any way or answer any of your questions. We very much look forward to meeting you.
